We are looking for an individual who will act as a liaison between MediaTrac and our customers. The
position requires you to work with customers to address questions and promote the use of our loyalty
solutions. You will be responsible for inbound customer inquiries regarding their accounts, our products,
and processes and outbound proactive customer calls. The position is highly visible within the
organization and is accountable for customer retention and maintaining positive customer relations.
Additionally, you will interface with outside sales people in support of the sales process.

To be successful in this position you must be able to listen attentively and actively assess
information from customers regarding their operations. You will need to analyze customer issues
and drawing accurate conclusions. |

The position requires use of customer-oriented telephone etiquette. You will be required to
initiate calls, establish rapport, project a professional tone, and record statistics on each
call. |

 |
You will need to be committed to the highest standards of customer service quality. |
Qualified applicants will meet the following requirements:
|
 |
4-year degree or equivalent industry experience. |
|
 |
Minimum of three years Inside Sales or Customer Service experience. |
|
 |
Experience working in the automotive industry preferred, but not required. |
|
 |
Effective oral and written communication skills. |
|
 |
Excellent analytical and decision making ability. |
|
 |
Energetic, self-motivated, and goal oriented. |
|
 |
Demonstrated experience working with all levels in an organization. |
|
 |
Good selling and negotiating techniques. |
|
 |
Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities. |
|
 |
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. |
The position is based in our San Ramon, California office and will require some travel. MediaTrac
