MediaTrac is a highly successful, private company in the San Francisco Bay Area and we are looking for a polished, aggressive, and highly accountable Business Development Manager to represent our customer loyalty and retention marketing solutions. Our LoyaltyTrac program is an industry-leading retention and rewards program with over 5,000,000 cardholders across 400 clients.
Job Function:
The Business Development Manager will be directly responsible for identifying and engaging strategic Automotive Aftermarket Companies, Vehicle Manufacturers, and VARs in the owner retention, pre-paid maintenance and marketing and advertising management space. You will be devoting your attention to business development and exploiting the business opportunities with auto manufacturers, leading VSC administrators and marketing service providers in both the US and Canada. You will be responsible for sourcing and establishing the initial client contact through the contract completion phase.
This position reports directly to Executive Management.

Essential Functions:

 |
Maintain a constant stream of new partnership/sales opportunities through aggressive sales prospecting efforts |
|
 |
Provide quotes as needed to partners, their resellers, and end users |
|
 |
Be available as the primary point of contact for daily interactions with partner sales teams and customers |
|
 |
Professional compilation of client proposals |
|
 |
Gather and understand information from potential customers/partners to ensure that there is a common understanding of the value of services to be provided. |
|
 |
Maintain a status report of target partners/customers and deliver on a weekly basis to executive management |
|
 |
Maintain an accurate forecast for all sales opportunities |
|
 |
Maximize documentation relating to partner account in order to ensure all details needed to successfully implement and maintain relationship exist |
|
 |
Promote available solutions to partner sales teams, resellers, and end users as appropriate |
|
 |
Drive sales to a close |

 |
Maximize revenue and gross margin |

Meet or exceed any financial goals that are set |
